Safely preserve your favorite fruits, hi acid tomatoes and pickles after learning from an UC Extension Service Certified Master Home Preserving and Canning Expert. Learn safe Home Water bath canning techniques in this hands on class where we will can fall apples into delicious cinnamon apple slices ready for a pie crust or---our farm favorite---apple crisp! As a bonus, you will learn to make our buttery, lavender apple crisp topping that EVERYONE loves! All materials, including a canning jar to take home are included. Non refundable after booking.
