Planning Your Trip

Our lavender farm is home to a welcoming Farm Store where you can shop our all-natural lavender products and gifts.

While visitors are not permitted to walk through the lavender fields or pick lavender, the lavender fields stretch right up to the farm store, offering beautiful views of blooming lavender, buzzing bees, fluttering butterflies, and an aroma that’s worth the visit all on its own.

 

To help you plan your visit, we recommend checking out nearby restaurants, trails, picnic spots, and local accommodations in the Pine area.

What can we do when we visit the farm?

When is the lavender in bloom and when do you harvest?

Bloom Season

Lavender typically blooms in early summer, with harvesting taking place during the first or second week of July, depending on weather conditions.

To ensure visitors can still enjoy the beauty of the farm, we intentionally leave approximately 1,500 lavender plants unharvested around the Farm Stand and along the road.

 

Lavender remains visible and enjoyable through September and sometimes into mid-October, depending on the season.

Classes & Special Events

Yes! To see our most current class schedule and availability, please visit our Classes page.
 

In addition to scheduled classes, we also offer private classes by appointment for groups of 8 or more guests (ask about our minimums). Are dogs allowed at the farm?

Lovender Dogs

Yes! We love well-behaved dogs and are happy to welcome them to the farm as long as they are kept on a leash at all times.

ONLINE ORDERS & SHIPPING FAQ

When will my order arrive?

Shipping

We do our best to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are prepared and shipped within [1-2 business days].

 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Order Adjustments

If you need to update your shipping address, correct a typo, or change the recipient, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Please email pinelavenderwh@gmail.com for inquiries related to your online order.

While we’ll always do our best to help, changes can only be made before your order has shipped. Once an order is in transit, we’re unable to make adjustments.

I need to make a change to my order before it ships. What should I do?

I didn't receive an order confirmation or tracking email.

Tracking your order

If you haven’t received a confirmation or tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still don’t see it, feel free to reach out to us at pinelavenderwh@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help locate your order and resend the details.

We want you to love your lavender farm purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please review the information below so we can help as best as possible.
 

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on used or opened items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To help us assist you quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s), if applicable
     

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for unused and unopened items on a case-by-case basis. If you’d like to request an exchange, please reach out to us at pinelavenderwh@gmail.com before returning anything so we can provide next steps and confirm eligibility.
 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
 

Shipping Issues

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or lost or stolen packages. If you believe there is a shipping issue, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist. pinelavenderwh@gmail.com
