Provence Lavender, Dried lemon, garlic, onion, salt and black pepper in a finely ground meat and tofu rub. A favorite and continual sell-out at the farm store. Rub a whole chicken with good olive oil; coat liberally with Peppender. Roast at 400 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 275 baking until meat thermometer reads 165 in the center of the breast. Let sit for 10 minutes and carve. Serve with lavender roasted potatoes and salad.
