Ricks Favorite! Provence lavender is great against meats and hearty sauces. We use Provence in all our Lavender Lemon Pepper and other lavender herb blends. Its great macerated with coarse salt over olive oil roasted potatoes!  Carefully dry toast Provence buds in a pan, add some good olive oil, lemon zest and a splash of cream for a heavenly sauce for fish and chicken and tofu! A CERTIFIED NATURALLY GROWN PRODUCT!
