In this class you'll learn the art of creating the perfect brioche dough, infused with the subtle hint of lavender for a delightful twist. Once your loaves are baked to golden perfection, you'll learn how to make our delectable lavender butter. Come join us for this unique baking experience! There will be plenty to savor! Date: 09/13/25 Time: 11am-2pm Chef William's classes are renowned for their entertaining and educational qualities, while taking place in a relaxing atmosphere. Chef William trained at a Michelin Star Restaurant in France, and we are so grateful to have this amazing talent here at Pine Creek Lavender Farm! **Important Note: Class fees include all materials and yummy tastings of your creations! Class fees are NON-REFUNDABLE since we will have already purchased supplies for the class. If you cannot attend the class, you are welcome to sell/gift your spot to another friend!
